SUZANNE (Suzy) BLOUGH has been actively involved in the field of International Education and Exchange for more than 20 years, and has studied, lived, worked, and traveled throughout the world. As the former Director of the International Center at the University of California, Irvine, and the Permanent Residence Specialist at Georgia Tech, Suzy has counseled thousands of international students, scholars, faculty, researchers, medical professionals and accompanying family members.

She has also worked closely with international and domestic students at various institutions. In addition, Suzy is enthusiastically involved with numerous international and human rights groups, and as a communications consultant, she assists several non-profit organizations. Currently Suzy holds the position of Community Programs Coordinator with the Georgia Council for International Visitors (GCIV), where she works closely with the staff of GCIV to create valuable international experiences and opportunities for the people of Georgia and emerging leaders around the world, seeking to fulfill GCIV's vision that every Georgian has the opportunity to be globally engaged. Suzy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and her Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Georgia.
