The Atlanta Jaycees is part of an international organization. Junior Chamber International (JCI) has nearly 200,000 active members and over five million alumni – including several world leaders. JCI chapters exist in over 5,000 local communities and over 100 countries around the world.

JCI is a nonprofit organization of young active citizens age 18 to 40 who are engaged and committed to creating impact in their communities. Active citizens are individuals invested in the future of our world. JCI gathers active citizens from all sectors of society.

We develop the skills, knowledge and understanding to make informed decisions and take action. As globally minded young people, we all have rights, responsibilities and share goals. We find targeted solutions to local issues benefitting our communities, our world and our future. Embracing new ideas, collaboration and diversity, we have the passion and courage to address the critical challenges of our time.

Locally, the Atlanta chapter of the United States Junior Chamber serves passionate young professionals between the ages 21 of 40. We provide a wide range of activities for our members. We participate in community service, business networking, leadership development, social events, educational workshops and more.  We believe we can and should answer the needs of others, and we work together to solve problems in our community and around the world.

We have played a vital role in Atlanta's growth and prosperity for over ninety years. Former Atlanta Jaycees members include former United States Senator Paul Coverdell and former Atlanta Mayor Maynard Jackson.

Joining the Atlanta Jaycees is a great choice if you want to:

  • Branch out and meet new people
